As you start the new month, start thinking about how you can realign yourself with your real goals. Briefly reflect on what you accomplished in the previous month. It will include examples of questions of self-pondering, such as:
- What did I accomplish this past month?
- Why did I do it?
- How much closer am I to my overall goal of XYZ?
- What can I do today to help me achieve this?
This self-pondering exercise aims to help you move towards a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset.
