Response to COVID – 19 (Corobavirus)

We realize COVID – 19 (Corobavirus) is impacting many businesses and individuals throughout the world; Best Virtual Paralegal LLC is not exempt. We are doing what we can in order to protect our clients’ interests and ensure they still have access to our paralegal and consulting services during this time of uncertainty.

Due to our unique business model, we are able to stay open at our regular business hours. We’re here ready to serve you. Let’s keep your cases moving along as much as we can.

To help our clients through this time of uncertainty, we will be offering more evening and weekend hours and waving the attorney panic button emergency fee, to these services. We have always offered video conferencing via GoToMeeting, Skype for Business, and occasional ZOOM. And we will continue to offer these conferencing options.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our clients and communities as always.

We care about your health, so here are a few recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds—do it often
  • Stay home as much as possible.
